Confusion in insider option!!!

I have Lumia 730 running fast ring insider build. I bought a Lumia 950, I don't want to be insider in that phone, in that case can I use same account and get all the apps from the back up of 730 and not getting insider builds???

you can as long as you don't install windows insider app on the 950. It's the insider app that enables the device to receive the insider builds

in the latest fast ring builds there is no use of windows insider app. and also there is no way to stop receiving the insider builds permanently.. any one knows if the insider build is option is bound to account or account + hand set??
