why i cant open my window store and i have tried all the solutions

which locations do have to put the c://users? and i have tried become the administrator at command prompt and after scannow wha t do ido next?

Are you asking about this directory - C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache ?
Did system file checker complete successfully or did it give any error?
What error message does it throw up or does it force close on opening?
Also,
1. Tried wsreset.exe?
2. Disabled development mode?
3. Microsoft't troubleshooter also helps at times.
