Can Spoticast stream to more than one airplay device on the same LAN at the same time?

In my home I have 3 Apple Airport Express devices, 2 Apple TVs and an Airport Extreme. I use iTunes to stream to all of these devices at the same time from my Windows 10/Dell desktop computer. Can I do the same with Spoticast so that I can listen to Spotify in all these rooms of my house?
