Why do I have a hang problem after breaking the touch pad?

why this hang problem coming after broken touch pad ?

Sir, i got problem in my mobile. it was getting hang off my mobile from serevral time in day, i don't complain before but since these day it was geting more problem, and just one year ack from hyderabad area, now its condition like it is in airplane mode, showing for emergency calls only. and their is phone lock number, what should i do?

Remove sim, clean it and slot copper pins, and retry. If still doesn't work, ask your carrier for a replace sim
