Microsoft should allow Local accouts access to Microsoft/Windows Store for local accunts

this would give local accounts access to the Store.. for "FREE" downloads only.
a great PR move. I use Comcast as my account Email sign on.. it would help if
I could access the store with my Comcast account.. a great PR move on Microsoft's part. as most providers use all operations systems anyways for their customers..

You can already selectively sign into the apps like the store, groove, film and music etc.

I use a local account and i can download apps + games as i have only signed into the store.

When signing into a Windows System App such as Groove or Store, choose to sign-in into that app only - it is the option written in semi grey text.
