Small Contact Pictures

Hi,

Ive added contact pictures to all my contacts. When someone calls I was expecting the picture to fill the full face of the phone but only a small picture in a circle comes up.

Is there anyway to have the contact picture fill up the entire phone face when they call?

the circle is the normal now for windows 10 mobile. The circle fills the part of the screen not covered by the answer/dismiss keypad
