Lumia 950 won't ring or vibrate when phone call coming in. Even Microsoft Band won't notify me

Suddenly i'm missing every call. Nothing is happening on the screen to let me know a call is coming in. If i'm listening to music, it doesn't interrupt. Even my Microsoft Band is no longer telling me I have a phone call. The only way I know one happened is that the phone live tile shows a missed call. What happened to my smartphone? help!

What version of OS do you have? check for updates in settings
Check for updates in store for phone app
Do a restart and test if you can receive phone calls
