Is there that feature found in Win7 and WinVista that allows a user to tag a chisen network as either a "Public", "Work", or "Home" network?
So far I can't find the click-link for this feature, leading me to wonder if the feature exists in Win8.1.
Does anyone know something about this? Thanks.

I tried all that and it didn't work. What did work was that I dug deep into the Windows Registry and edited the binary values of the networks I wanted to make private:
Private network = 1
Public network = 0
It worked very well.
