Why am I unable to update some apps after updating to the latest build today?

problem after reset

I reset my phone a couple days ago. I am subscribed in Fast ring insider builds. Even though I updated my phone to the last build today I am unable to update some apps that are available for fast ring insiders only such as groove or wallet app. Any idea of why might this happens??

try a soft reset and check again
give it some time and then check for updates
check your region and date/time settings
