On average how long does it take to get a new build on fast ring?

I am on the fast ring and I keep checking for the latest build, but nothing. Currently I am on 14367 and was hoping to give 14371 a try but I can't.

Is there any way to force this to download?

What phone are you using. It may be that your present build is all you can get.

if it's not a phone but a pc, give it some time, a day or two and it should come through
