isp password has changed can not change it in windows 10 rubbish

I have a network with many pc's printers and devices the ISP password need to be changed every device has been able to change to the new password.Android Apple, old windows devices all my printers. When you get a failure to connect you get a box to enter the new/correct password. Not windows 10 you just get can not connect no option to re-enter a new password

Settings => Network & Internet => Wi-Fi => Manage known networks

Select the network, click the Forget button.

It will prompt you for the necessary information when you connect to that network again.
