How I can upgrade my Windows 8.1 Enterprise?

Hi there!
I've got Win8.1 Enterprise and now I can't upgrade it Win10.

My story: I've got this version from my ex-wife, she's an MSDN tech. She declined to renewed her subscription back in 2012, so the only she's got - ONE license for 8.1, and that is Enterprise license. She gifted this to me 4 years ago, and now I'm stacked with that OS and version.

I want to upgrade, but I cannot do it, obviously, standard way declined that, "Windows 10 upgrade manager" told me to "ask my system administrator". Yes, it's me. So?

I agree even on HE or Pro, there is no use in Enterprise version for me.
Maybe it's possible to upgrade to HE or Pro?

They mean the system admin of the corporation that the license on your device is registered to... There is no upgrade path for your device without that corporate support.
