Change OS Android to Windows ?

I can put Windows 10 on a samsung Galaxy SII?
How do I ?,I'm a noob.

If you want to try windows 10 mobile, just get yourself an used WP or spring for the 640

Edit: try doing a search for these words: "xiaomi + w10m rom"

Currently there is no phone that came out with Android or Windows Phone that can be converted to the other OS. Your only option is what ven07 said. You're gonna have to get a phone that runs Windows 10 Mobile.
