Get error when I try to add gmail account to Outlook app

Hi,

I had issues with my gmail account in the Outlook app and removed it and when I went to add it again I got the following error:
'Something went wrong, we're sorry, but we weren't able to do that.
Error code: 0x800700b7'

Phone is Lumia 640, with windows 10, and the OS is up to date.
Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated!

Did you rebooted your phone after removing it?

Something must be up, because since yesterday Gmail is not syncing with my Windows 10 mail app on PC or phone.
