Why my most of the apps are getting disappear from the menu?

I have lost most of the apps including the default apps installed in the phone memory are disappearing from the menu but showing the start screen i can't find the settings in menu list

I have lost most of the apps including the default apps installed in the phone memory are disappearing from the menu but showing the start screen i can't find the settings in menu list

Check Store -> hamburger tab -> Updates , maybe they are app updates in progress or pending, so they are unavailable till process will end.
Elsewhere, try a soft reset (hold vol down + power 15 secs)

Got a Lumina 730. My phone was running out of Internal Storage. So i tried to shift some apps to SD Card and by mistake i moved Here Drive to SD Card. I cant seem to find the app on both the phone and the SD Card.

I Also tried to reinstall the app from Windows store but it says " View App " ( as though app is already available on my phone).

Please people, where can i find my lost app.
