How to I add a website to my desktop

I have a number of desktop icons from my previous Windows 8, but I am unable to add a website - the weather network - in this case to my desktop in my Windows 10. Your help would be appreciated.

If you are using Edge look for the three dots just along from share button and choose Pin this page to start.
