Why is my Nokia Lumia 1520 not charging to above 2%

discharged it to 0% then after some time i plugged in normal charger, but it stucks on 2% then after sometime it ( about 20-30 seconds) it jumps to 10% and within a second it falls to 0% and shuts down, wht can i do?

Unplug it then soft reset (vol dwon + power 15 secs)

After reboot, plug charger
