Gathering calendar and contacts under one outlook account
Hi,
i have one Outlook email account and with it, my email, contacts and my tasks (these last under OneNote).
I have my calendar in a PST Outlook 2007 file, which i keep sync'ed with my phone thourgh a specific software.
I intend to install Office 2016 in my PC and unite everyting under this Outlook account i already have.
So the question is: how to copy the calendar in the old PST file to a new PST file, perfectly, without losing any events?
I do not intend to use this PST file itself because it has old emails and contacts, it will stay only as a backup; more than over, after installing Office and using my credentials, my contacts and email will be imported to the new PST file.
I'd like to ask also:
- if local Outlook 2016 will recreate folders and redirecting rules defined on outlook.com
- if i can create a professional office 365 Outlook Exchange account, resulting in a personal PST file and a professional email account based in Exchange.
Regards
