Bing Rewards: Says I am not gold status with a lifetime of 2000 credits?

[Windows Central Question]

It used to say I was gold status and now it says I am silver, however, it still shows I have a lifetime credits of over 2000. I had to use 525 credit to redeem an amazon gift card, when I only should have needed to use 475.

Is there a support email address I can contact?

It's not based only on Lifetime Credits, but also on activity for the month.
