I am using Microsoft Lumia 550, Can you please help me to enable advertising ID which is under Settings -> Privacy -> advertising ID Button is disabled and I am not able to enable the button. I tried with factory reset and it was enabled. When I looged in with microsoft account, again ID is disabled.
I am not able to delete the account or again try out factory reset

why do you need the advertising button? This isn't the first time you've asked, is it?
