why isn't cortana displayed in google chrome or in I. E.?

I'm trying to install a change of my EM address and it doesn't show any text when in putting info?
Was going to use contana, but it's not shown?

Isn't cortana an inbuilt assistant for windows 10 devices in supported regions and for supported apps? So I guess chrome wouldn't be supported
