is there any help with this failure that happens everytime I open my computer

[Windows Central Question]

Since July 4th I have had an update failure with Windows 10 file KB3172985. Every time I open my computer it tries to update. Everytime I shut down my computer it tries to update and it fails everytime. I have had it update once then when I restrarted my computer it fell off. I have read other people who get it to download have files that fall off. I have had that since getting Windows 10. I can no longer download my camera with a USB cable I now have to use the camera disk. I also lost Windows Media Player so I can no longer make CDs. But most important is the failure of this file KB3172985. Yet I don't wish it to get on my computer and loose more programs. Also I don't know what damage to my computer is happening with each failure daily with this file. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 42 min. I am sure it will be longer. If I get any help at all. It looks liike on the live help that there is no help. People are just stuck like me. Sherry
