Microsoft app broken on Android. No action?

Hi! I have a android phone and I have tried to keep it as Microsoft oriented as possible. I still use Groove music for example. However after the latest update Groove music app says "music services arent available" on android. On my pc it works just fine.

I asked Microsoft tech support (since its their app published by them). They asked me to consult Google because since it is on Android they dont offer their support. Well neither does Google because it is a Microsoft app. So Im stuck with a broken app and no tech support..

Delete it then reinstall it from the play store.
