What do you have back up from Windows 7 so you don't loose when you upgrade to Windows 10

What should i save from Windows 7 home premium. When I upgrade to Windows 10

Before moving to 10, I connected a portable hard drive to my computer, opened File Explorer and copied over all the folders...




I didn't loose anything on the Upgrade, but if I had, this would have covered it.

I just took a chance and trusted the migration event.

Then again I have 1TB back-up drive in the box also.
