Windows phone not updating above 10586.164 build.

Hi,

I am using Lumia 720 with OS build 10586.164 ( Slow Ring). I realized the build had some issue with Wifi connectivity. So, i thought to update it to release build after this 10586.164 but it is not updating after this build.

Does the phones with 500mb RAM are not going to update even with Windows insider program.

.164 is the last build you can get through Insider. Lumia 720 cannot be officially upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile, so if you have any issues you should consider preforming a soft and/or hard reset or using Windows Device Recovery Tool to roll back to 8.1.

if you tried release ring and you didn't get any further update, then it's the end at that point. You can either continue to use it or go back to windows phone 8.1 using windows device recovery tool
