Nokia Icon Lumia.....windows phone/verizon

[Windows Central Question]

Everything works as usual on my cell phone except for the phone! It appears to be calling a contact but there is no sound/no action. The party I'm trying ti call cannot connect with me either. Text, Cortana, FB. messenger etc work fine. I don't want to give up on my Windows Phone yet....HELP

it only happens with one contact or all contacts?
