Why i can't change brightness volume - Lumia 930

Windows Central Question

I can't change brightness volume. Low, medium, high and automatic have the same brightness volume.

If i want change brightness - settings not working
After hard reset - cant change brightness
After soft reset - cant change brightness
After update software - no change

Anyone who know where is problem?

you did a hard reset? That should have worked - go to settings > factory reset the device

Had the same issue.What solved it wasn't a factory reset but a roll back.I used windows recovery tool, got to windows 8 and then re-updated to my selected windows 10 branch. It's a hassle but it solved it.

I can't connect my phone to windows device recovery tool - i tried it but program told me "error 0x00000067 (Thor@NotResponding)" he can't find him.

My firmware is :10.0.14393.5

Any idea???:crying:
