when using the nokia software updater for retail 4.3.2 version and try to recover my dead phone it shows software packages are not available in the disk ,so where I can
found these packages and when opening the nsu tool it not able to connect to the server and it shows could not connect to the server.

use windows device recovery tool since NSU is lo longer supported
