floppy disk drive? Have you tried checking in device manager whether it has been detected properly? And that drivers are okay?

Go to the site for the FDD and try to download drivers. If there are no Windows 10 drivers Win 7 or 8 drivers will still work in 10. If that doesnt' work join the Windows Central forums and add more info. I can't give any further help with it.
