If I'll mount a graphic card in August, must buy Win 10?

Has a PC with Win 10 Pro, 64 bit WITHOUT video card now.
I will buy in August a gtx 1060.
If I'll mount this graphic card in August, must buy Win 10?

I don't see why not.

You can use the DVD for a clean install if it's not an upgrade version. If it's an upgrade version you'll have to install WIn 7 or 8 first then use the Win 10 to do the upgrade.
