Apps not working after 14393.5 update

Many applications plain stopped working (Skype for Business, WhatsApp, Foursquare, Telegram Messenger and more). Only splash screen is shown and it shuts down. Or even without it, just a sec of blank screen and crash to home screen. I did soft reset, but no help.

Same here, uninstall the apps and reinstall is the only way to get them working again.
