why cant i download any apps,games anything from the windows store

anything i attempt to download from the windows/microsoft store gives me this error code 0x80242021 super annoying considering the night before everything was working perfectly fine. PLease Help! (it`s on my desktop not phone)

check that internet connection is working
Restart your pc and try again
Check that time and date are okay
