which option is the best for my lumia430 - slow/fast/release preview

i want to use windows10 on my lumia 430, but when i installed windows insider, it showed to select an option out of three. which will be the best for me? i want stable and get all feature of win10

Release preview is the one for you.

Fast gives you all the latest features, but at the expense of some battery life and stability.

Slow basically gives you the release build earlier, but might still have a few stability issues.

Hi, the Lumia 430 is eligible for the official Windows 10 mobile build.
If you download the 'Upgrade Advisor' app you should be able to get it.
This would be the most stable.

I would try this before any of the Windows Insider builds if you want stability.
