Lumia 950 - Outlook - does it have to have white text on black background?

Hi everyone, looking to possibly purchase a Lumia 950. Had a look at one in store today and the only thing I didn't like was in Outlook, the screen was black with white text, which I didn't feel was very easy on the eyes. Is it possible to change the display so it has a white background with black text, does anyone know?

Yes, it can be changed in the settings menu. There are both white and black themes.

you can also change some colour schemes for labels and such within the app
