Why am I "unable to connect to this network" on my secure iphone Hotspot?

My Surface Pro used to be able to connect to my hotspot for WIFI, but now I get the above message. Other wifi connections appear OK. Any ideas?

remove the network and then add it back
Or delete the hotspot and create it again
