Releted data loss

[Windows Central Question]

I had windows 10 install in my system.
When I start the system , it shows operating system doesn't found.

I want to ask that
Do I loss my data too?

Or if I'm going to install new windows then did I get my data back from hard driv.

It would be good to show it to a technician so that recovery can be done before any more changes are made that could cause loss of data. Can you remove the hard drive? If yes, then it can be connected to another pc as an external storage and you can recover your data that way
