Need windows phone 10 OS manually update

I was using the windows 10 OS on my lunia 1320 in latest edition, yesterday i was rollback to windows 8.1. Now i can't go windows 10 again. Is there anyway to install on my mobile windows 10? i need windows 10 OS for phone to install lumia 1320 . Is there any Flash file avaialble ?

No , Microsoft has blocked any unsupported windows phone 8.1 device to use insider and upgrade to windows 10 mobile.

as per this article: Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Device Reminder - Microsoft Community, you can no longer go back to W10M on an unsupported device

However, there are users who have hacked the registries for their phones so that might work - but I don't know the correct procedure for the 1320
