How to disable backup on my windows phone

Hi i?ll will like to know how can i disable my windows phone backup everytime when i reset my phone it tells me if i want to restore from back up

You can choose not to restore from a backup but why would you want to as it helps with setting your phone back up after a reset.

Under settings go to backup (if on windows 10 search backup) and disable apps and settings backup
