In Lumia 730, suddenly if I connect Charger, it shows "The Device charging Slowly"

The Device charging Slowly appears if I connect any kind of charger. After hard reset, the Device charging slowly become fine. But both(dual sim) Network tower not coming.
After normal reset it become ok.
This issue coming very frequently, Can any one help me to resolve this issue.

have you tried changing the charging cable? And changing socket?
