Internet speed on my HP Pavilion notebook dramatically reduced. Don't know exactly what's happening but in task manager nearly 12 to 18 processes consuming data. Before update avg speed was nearly 800-900 kbps but now it's just 100-120 kbps! What's wrong with it? I recently updated network related drivers so there is no problem with drivers side.

Nope. All apps are up to date. But after update, i was checking for update again and turned ON getting update for other Microsoft products. Unfortunately MS Office 2007 starts updating which was installed in my pc. Then after for cancellation of it, i turned off getting update from settings. And again turned ON. During this, i reinstalled Office 2007. And in settings, it doesn't show any updates of Office 07 but INTERNET SPEED IS SLOWED DOWN..!!

restart your pc and see if the process that is using data has stopped or is continuing.
You can also check your internet speed in task manager > performance

I tried many times.. But that services aren't stops. That services needs to manually stop but after some time they starts again. In task manager> performances, it's shows actual speed which that processes consuming. It's showing nearly 800kbps downloading speed.

you've checked that nothing is downloading via OS update in settings?
And apps are not updating automatically?
Onedrive isn't syncing?
Programs are not updating automatically such as chrome or office?
Video isn't playing in background?
Streaming sites?

How to upload screenshot here?

when you are in the reply text box, check the second row, somewhere in the middle is an insert image button - use that to upload screenshots - I'm assuming you'll do this from a pc browser
