how do i find computor in windows

trying to get into my computer, then go into the drive to delete stuff

Pretty basic request with no real details...

What icons are on your desktop screen?

Direct access to the root or C: drive should be available from the "My PC or My Computer" icon.
If not from there you should be able to click the start button and access "Windows Explorer" from start.

There will be varied ways to see your files depending on your Windows OS version.

Windows key first then the e key works better...
