Why is the Microsoft driver update for SP4 not working?

I have a Surface Pro 4 and an Microsoft driver update for Surface Touch seems to stuck.
It says "Requires a restart to finish installing". I've tried to restart a hundred times, but still nothing. What can be the problem?

Thanks, I tried that but it can't identify any problem... And some updates were installed after this one, so i don't get it.

is it possible you can disable the driver in device manager and then enable it? Or remove it and let the system install it again?
