Blu Win JR LTE camera light does not turn off

Hi

The camera light will not turn off when the phone is on, started happening two days ago. Phone died and when I charged it back up light stays on. She arched the forum and could not find anything.

I had this issue with my Blu phone. Aside from forcing it to turn off, you might have to send it in for service.

have you tried a soft reset? Pressing the power and volume down buttons until the phone vibrates and restarts?
