[Help] Can't recieve text messages on my Lumia?

I can send but cant recieve texts. I erased allthe old texts.

Try factory resetting your phone (Settings, About, Reset Your Phone)

try a soft reset first (long press both power and volume down buttons) until the phone restarts

Did this problem start recently or it has always been there? Can you get a new SIM card?
