I bought my surface pro 3 about a year and a half ago but it already has a portion of the screen "burned" or blackened. Is there a possibility that this is a factory defect? What should I do with this? Thanks!

did you notice the darkening happen all of a sudden or over a period of time? Repair would be one option if it's available in your region
