asus p5g41t-mlx3 motherboard can run windows 10?

my asus p5g41t-mlx3 motherboard is windows 7 ready. so asus can not update windows 10 driver. so my motherboard can run windows 10 without driver update from manufacturer.

My motherboard is older than yours and I'm running 10 with the anniversary update on it with no problems.
I say go ahead...Windows 10 has a pretty complete error checking install protocol so if there is any incompatibility the update will back down.
You should be good to go in my opinion.
