anyone has a schematic diagram for 640xl charging system. my phone failed due to power surge

My 640xl stopped charging after a power came back and was charging from a source without surge protection, it cant be detected on my computer either

Ok can clarify if the phone is displaying any message on the screen..if you press power button do you feel any vibration?

you've tried different cables? Removing the battery and putting it back?
