Cursor/Keyboard sometimes out of sync for a second

Okay so recently I just noticed my Asus Rog Strix laptop has a weird problem. When I'm net-surfing my cursor sometimes got out of sync for literally just one second and when I'm watching vids on youtube I pressed the space(pause) button and it took like 2-3 seconds to pause the video. I'm using a mouse (I disabled touchpad) and just got the laptop recently.

Why is my mouse and keyboard keep getting out of sync?

So I got a new laptop recently, so far there's no problem until today... When I was net surfing my mouse just kept on getting out of sync for literally just a second! And when I'm watching youtube I pressed the pause button and it took like 2-3 seconds to actually pause the video. What's happening!? I'm using Windows 10.

does it happen if you use the default touchpad? Not the mouse?

I just tried and yes it does too, sadly . So my mouse isn't the problem, then.

tried a different browser? Especially with adblock?

I have adblock on, and also on IE it still happens.

have you checked for OS, app and device driver updates?
