Frozen internet page in windows 10

How do I stop from getting a blank frozen internet page in windows 10 after entering my password. I have to control, alt delete and restart to get to a workable internet page. Why can't I bypass entering a password. I checked the box not to require a password but it doesn,t work.

which browser are you using? The log in using password is for logging in to your pc, not for the browsers
