Anniversary update isn't available for windows phone yet , the latest public rollout was build 10586.494.

we are expecting anniversary update on 9th august

If you registered as a Windows Insider 1st ring, then available latest version i.e. Build: 1607, version: 14393.50 that means you are already in anniversary update. Anniversary update implies OS version 14393.10 & above
